Those video's make me cringe... I have to make a comment about those video's where I've seen them "Rebuild" engines w/o torquing anything. The video & comments portray it as genius! ha! I hope that is a family business with hose kids & not the alternative.

I completely agree with you. But I have to be honest, the welders do some amazing work in terrible conditions.
 
Amazing that they can do this work day after day and don't see anybody with a cut or scratch. So much sheet metal cutting and handling it would seem that somebody would have a band aid in a finger.
 
We all know they just filmed that really quickly while the OSHA guy was at lunch and that they're normally fully compliant with all safety rules and best practices. Note the abundant use of guarding, failsafes, deadman switches, and PPE.
