Oil Filter Housing Cap Bypass Relief Pressure (PSI)

I am trying to figure out if there is documentation somewhere that points out specific bypass relief pressure tolerances for oil filter housing caps (in psi or bar).

Are there + or - values for these across the board, when testing the bypass relief valve opening? (I.E. 2 + or - 0.2 | If in bar)
