Looking for oil filter 2015 Nissan Rogue:

Purolator standard
Carquest standard (made by Wix)
NAPA standard (made by Wix)

My choice, out of the three, would be Napa

thanks...........figured it was the same as the Carquest, but not sure and not sure anyone really can say for sure- at least over some time, as they change suppliers.

My wife has a 2015 Rogue as well. My problem with the Wix filter is the nitrile valve that they use instead of silicone. I was happy with the Bosch 3300 but that filter is nolonger listed for the 2015 rogue for some weird reason. So I've been buying the cheap Pronto filters. Maybe when warranty is over I'll switch to one of the oversize filters. For now I would rather stick to listed filters and 5000 mile oil changes for warranty purposes.

Like others have stated the Napa filters are the best of the bunch. I would also add the Microgard oil filter from O Reilly's. Made by Wix and does not use a combo valve either.

I have a '14 Rogue and I've switched from the Purolator to the Fram Ultra XG6607. I would think it should fit your year model 2.5L NA engine as well but you should check. Price at ~$9 at Walmart.

Nothing wrong with Purolator for your application. These small filters are not known to have the same tearing issues as those you have seen on these boards.

If you are changing your oil every 5000 miles, buy your oil and SuperTech filter at Walmart and call it a day.
