I looked into it for about 10 seconds before I realized that it can't be that great. I'll be curious to see if anyone has any experience with it.

holy!!

I hope itz not another scam just like "tornado fuel saver/twister"...they are openly claiming to be better THAN synthetic oil...and also claiming that regular OCI can be increase as much as up to three times....

if anyone living in California perhaps can check these people and the validity of their products out...

TBN values of their product is over 300!!...i was not able to find any TDS and MSDS!

I personally have never heard of this company. The website looks as dodgy as its claims.

I ran a biz that barely grossed me 10K in full operation at its prime, and I *still* own my own domain name, and hosting service.

I second that too.

If the guy/company cannot afford to get his/her own domain name and relevant email service (it could be a relay, but really, how much does it cost?!?) and resort to using AOL, hotmail or Yahoo!, you bet that this may be a fishy deal.

Q.

Quote from their site:

Comes with FREE 4 ounce bottle of Oil Extreme Concentrate additive to boost extreme pressure properties with every 4 quarts of oil ordered.

It comes with its own additive to add to it. Why not just mix it in during the blending of it? I'll pass.

I'm with Quest on it being a fishy deal. JMO

It is a Group III with EP additive. Sounds like nothing special. You could just buy Royal Purple.

Looks like it is marketed toward racing.

What are people's thoughts on the calcium carbonate they use for their EP? They say it has a TBN of 320. Using a little of this in the oil can double or triple OCI.

The concentrate has a TBN of 320, the actual oil has a TBN of around 13 last time I checked, which was about 5 years ago. The base stock is/was made by Chevron, not sure who blends the product for them. I know a guy in the Dallas area that has one of their mobile oil change services. I ran some of the 5w30 in my last company car for 12K and it held up okay.

okay so i did some more research, I was not able to find any where a single oil analysis of these OilExtreme Products done by anyone?

Nowhere on their website the "Technical Data Sheet" for their products can be found, they do not mention what standards they meet, they do not even give any specific information, just lots and lots of TALK!

And not any to the point factual information about their products backing it up with tests and comparisons charts..NOPE!

I think this is a Snake OIL!
Actually I am sure it is!
