I am running Formula Shell Full synthetic motor oil right now in a 5w30 and I printed out there spec sheet off the Shell web site and I was wondering if someone could tell me whet the following relates to: CCS Viscosity,cP(zero C ) 4,300(-30 deg C) and then there is this one MRV Viscosity, cP (zero C) 17,300 (-35 deg C) ...What does it all mean and should I care?

I'll only answer the second part:
Most 5-30 synthetics are very close to each other in thickness and performance. You'll never see a difference in normal life.

But those specs are for how thick the oil is at different temperatures.
If I find a link that shows what those specs [and others] represent, I'll post it.
Many people here can help you directly.

I compared datasheets of PYB to FS and the PYB has a better low temp viscosity. This doesnt tell you how the oil runs when warm though. Where do you find the Shell? - the Shell gas stations around here want 4 bucks a quart, and Riteaid doesnt carry 5w30, just the 10w's.

I get the Shell Full Syn at a store called (This may get blocked so I will change the name a little) "Bee-Jaay's" it's a chain store sort of like a Cosco or Sams Club. They have the Shell oil by the pallet load in both Dino any Synthetic and in both 5w30 and 10w30 I can't recall what I paid for the six pack the last time but I do know the price was good... Not as good as when Shell has there mail in rebate then the price is real good.
