I know some are unsure about AI, some are scared, some just don't believe in it or call it overrated and some are mesmerized by AI's promise.
Wifey and I will attend the Automotive and Manufacturing Robotics sessions on Thursday.
I was a structured data guy; AI is about making sense and deriving value out of unstructured data. Emails, documents, videos, and images are estimated to compose perhaps 80% - 90% of data generated today.

I highly highly recommend you take a look. AI is here and AI is the future. Strategic Inflection Point....
I hope you like it.

Yep, that what I am using AI for. Bunch of data collected and the AI has taken the place of my "technical writer". Compiles all the mish-mash data into a coherent document that I proof, and then update for a second run. Usually completed by second run and saves me hours of work.

Currently using Qwen3.5 iteration

I recently started following Amarda Shehu on Substack. She has some interesting pieces about AI, including this one, arguing not that we should not be investing in AI, but that we should also be investing in humans to learn to understand AI & work alongside it.

One quote: Someone must evaluate which workflows to hand over. Someone must determine whether the [AI] agent’s output meets institutional standards. Someone must notice when the system drifts. The people who do that work need precisely the understanding that infrastructure-first strategies neglect. You cannot manage a transition you do not understand. And you cannot understand a transition you were never prepared for.

I was born too soon. The tech here is so far advanced...
