Does that mean our government can't legally sift through private citizens phone and email, so they farm it out for the israelis to do?

I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that Amdocs, an Israeli software company provides billing systems for most major US wireless carriers. They make all the mediation systems that collect usage data off network switches and process them for record keeping and billing purposes. I also feel Snowden was a hero. He made a terrible decision but got out some really important info. Glad he did.

Sounds like a Mom and Pop business to me not a top security agency where everything has to be extremely classified.
