Took my church's Club Wagon to get inspected yesterday, also lube/oil/filter and tire rotation. I get it done in April then I always change it again myself in October. According to the inspection record, the van rolled up a total of 742 miles last year. Keepin' it fresh.

Nah. Also the A/C doesn't work, most of the underhood system rotted out from lack of use. Had to buy new tires about 4 years ago, the originals dry rotted and one blew out. '93 15 pass Club Wagon bought new, has 24,500 miles on it.

I beat all you guys!

0 minutes.

When I had my old '96 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was a M1 user, and one time forgot to reinstall the drain plug, and dumped 6 quarts of M1 right thru it onto the shop floor!

Man was I upset! I had to fill it up with our bulk Citgo 10W30 and run to Wal-Mart and pick up some more M1. I was not a happy Jeeper that night.

I did that once as a college student when changing my oil in my trusty rusty '68 Opel Kadet out in a parking lot near the house basement I was living in. Only four quarts, but it was a long, cold walk to the store for more oil, and no money left for the weekend. Since then, I try to keep at least one extra oil change in my stash.

Fire trucks usually win the short UOA contests, even if the oil is changed only anually. Its not uncommon to find a 20 year old fire truck with well under 10,000 miles.

Unless that fire truck is in Buffalo NY, then they probably do 10,000 miles a month!

Yep, we can't keep things from bursting into flames!

Took my car in for service with syn oil for them to use.
Upon inspection later, I felt the color was not the usual
on the stick so I figured the mechanic kept my Amsoil
and put crap in my car. Sooo drove it right to my local
oil change guy and replaced everything. OCI about
5 miles.
