Not using Mobil 1

Yes we have all heard how Valvoline has xx better wear protection. How do you know they were unbiased?

Yup its the same here. I cant really see using a group III oil over a PAO based oil for 2 dollars less.

Cadillac uses Castrol "Syntec" in my brothers CTS. I guess any synthetic will suffice if it meets the GM specs.

Your local Caddy dealer will be gone soon anyway. Their just using the cheaper cost to them oil.
