Rural King looking sad on inventory. Usually tons of Pennzoil and Valvoline and Rotella and Castrol but none to be found here. There is a little bit but not much. They were also low on hand cleaner and stuff like anti seize and loctite and brake cleaner and everything automotive related. And out of a lot of everything really dog food, etc. Sad times friends, sad times. There was no shortage of Lucas products though . No oil filters at all except a few AC Delco ones.

My rural king is always stocked. They have for PCMO MS5k in all grades and Valvoline and Providence brand. I get lava soap there and brake cleaner.

That’s good. The other one near me is usually pretty well stocked this one generally is too. I love they have the full size bars of Lava here I picked up another one tonight. Walmart and other places sell the small bars in twin packs but I like the full size ones. Can’t beat their prices on brake cleaner and they have several brands too so if they are out of one brand you always have a backup there. I would of bought another can of brake cleaner but I have several from when I cleaned out on the Napa sale and all they had left here was the Lucas ones and one thing of the CRC that the sprayer was broken off on.

Some cool money. Top $5 note is a star note. Star notes are printed when a mistake is made on the original printing so they destroy them and make these new ones with a star. Second and third are older series notes that I think are cool and I collect.

if you don't already know... you can tell very quickly whether a note was printed in DC, or Fort Worth.
ALL the Fort Worth notes, no matter the Denomination, will have an FW printed on them. Location varies Denomination, to Denomination, but if it came from TX, it has an FW.

Yes I did know that but thank you for sharing. I think currency is cool because there is so many things to learn and know about it. The $5 note is the Texas one here the other two are DC.

“The breaker keeps tripping.”

Yes that’s the hot and neutrals on the same sides of the receptacle stabbed in the back. I’m really not sure how it could have possibly gotten to this melted state though.

On top of all that, it was originally on a 15 amp circuit. Somebody slapped it in a 20 amp breaker with another circuit.. and the 30 amp ac circuit was stuffed into the main 100 amp breaker.

Oddly enough the customer wanted our liability insurance info too.

I took a 15 mile jaunt to Burger King and back and ran into several crazy drivers. One being a female cop that was breaking all the rules to get to Dunkin Donuts...seriously.

Next the typical big trucks forcing themselves into my lane at the last minute..older folks unaware of anything around them. Yes that bad.

I finally got to BK. And only had one car in front of me...picture below.
