So what do you heat with?
I have two 99% efficient Lennox propane heaters...new. ( 3 ton and a 3.5 ton )
They lowered my electric bill and my
Gas bill. Old units were 92% Trane.
My other place is just as efficient.

Wow. I didn't know that they made anything more than 95% efficient. That is great Do you run them in tandem with a heat pump or seperate propane?

The house is larger so two are required and no heat pump here.
I went with 18 seer double AC units instead because 99% was so good and these heaters are super quiet.

AC units are one grade below so mid range.. Elite series and the propane heaters are Signature.

I figured propane costs here in MD were the concern as most savings would be had. Lennox has a 28 seer heat pump!!!

Our new service advisor at work brought her own oil and filter for us to use. Vehicle 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 298,000 on it. I cringed having to put Lucas in it. It did have a large oil leak which appeared to be either the pan gasket or rear main or possibly both who knows. So maybe it will help that a little bit. When she walked in and asked me to do it and handed me the bag with the stuff I was like you sure you want to use Lucas? She is like absolutely sure I put it in every oil change. Put on a Purolator Boss oil filter. She has owned it since 278,000.

You have 6.5 tons of cooling capacity. That’s 78,000 BTU/hr. How bad are those other 100 homes? Here is the weather in October in Maryland. I’m going to suggest you did not run those puppies during your billing period you big fibber. ;)

Who said I ran the AC?
The units are like 6 weeks old and the ac wasn't run except on the install day for testing. I was only explaining the complete system...

I don't run my AC this time of year
I guess I am weird...☺
