My beetle looks sad. It wants to run the road lol. I’m ordering new tires for it because either way it will need them all the tires are flat around 10-15 pounds each. And the tires are from 1993 so no sense risking anything. Plan to get it running by summer hopefully. And I’m going to go ahead and get tires cause I have the money and 165/80/15 tires aren’t necessarily the easiest to find.

Tire Rack lists exactly 1 model in that size...$134.38 Each...on backorder...
Vredestein Sprint Classic

Coker has 21 options Ranging From $86/tire to $244/tire...
Coker Tire 165/80 R15
(although for a 71 Beetle they say 155/80 r15 is the right size, which brings it down to this Beauty for a mere $257/each)

I seen some Nexen on TireAmerica which I’ll probably get they are $79 each. Coker must be dreaming asking that much for those Dunlop tires. That is almost $1000 if not over $1000 for tires. I could manage with the $86 ones but $257? 😳.

So barely a day after parking it in here for the winter it has become the new storage shelf!

Poor car don't deserve that, but it's gonna get even worse when I start ordering more parts for it :ROFLMAO:

That happens to my Cherokee. If I park it in the yard, it becomes a shed. If I park it in the garage, it's a shelf.
