yeah... this was a slow day off... normal workday I pretty much live around 100bpm +/- 10% ( but , at least according to the ECG sensors on my Fitbit it's a normal Sinus Rhythm....)
but... I'm 42 and 360 lbs.... I think that Big Spike around noon was my first caffeine hit of the day...
