It is actually a 2XL from Kohl's

There's nothing wrong with the shirt, (who ever gets it should wash it, probably. But aside from that) I'm a little confused, wouldn't someone that desires it qualify?

I've donated shirts and pants that no longer fit and also that I no longer like to charity at least three times over the past 6 months. Wanted to offer this to the BITOG community, on the off chance someone was like yeah, sure, I'll take that. I havent changed antifreeze with it or anything like other shirts so this one is mint. I've also located a Post Office lol.
