No, Chrysler put these on the steel wheels with hubcaps. Three of them actually hold the hubcap onto the wheel when the hubcaps are present.

Yep, saw it happen with GM lug nuts too. Due to age, salt, corrosion etc

I've ran across a Ford Fusion or two that had this problem as well. I've changed every lug nut on my vehicles to solid pieces to avoid the hassle.
