When you spend a bunch of time taking out a very corroded battery and it has seized terminals. To beat it all it got disapproved after it was approved and I had done installed it. Was a little upset as I had spent all that time making the connections look good and cleaning them up. Customer told advisor yeah I just called AutoZone and they said they have one for a lower price with install and that includes a install kit too which I have to pay for here so I’m going to go there. Our service manager said well we will throw in the kit and take 10% off still a nope don’t want it. Oh well I tried.
