Going south on Hwy 1.
Going back north on Hwy1.
Still going north on Hwy 1. No, I'm not blinding the person ahead of me. The beam cutoff is hitting the road clearly behind his vehicle. No, I did not take this picture with my left hand, reaching behind my back and over to the passenger side.
And yes, I was still listening to an '80s station.

If you dont' think you have an unhealthy relationship with your phone, try using one of these things. The anxiety of seeing my phone lower into oblivion was unbearable.
