We have a member here who runs Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy in his two cars on 10K drains and has done so on various flavors of M1 in a variety of cars he's owned over the past few decades, so I'd say that 8K would be safe.
If you want to use M1, why not go with the superior 0W-30?

Regular M1 has a 10k warranty so I wouldn't worry about running it 8k

8k shouldn't be a problem unless your Altima is on the track every weekend.

Additional requirements for all Mobil 1 products include:
Oils must be put in service not later than five (5) years from the date of purchase; and
an oil change must be completed every twelve (12) months.
