NOE was a one-man operation producing high quality lead bullet molds for rifles and handguns. The owner has decided to retire and is clearing out his remaining inventory at 30% off. I own at least a dozen and all are great molds. There are still a lot of good designs in popular calibers left in stock. I just ordered four somewhat offbeat designs because they might not be available from someone else in the future. We've lost several good custom mold makers in the last decade.
