FWIW I worked on a Kohler lawnmower engine and it was made in China. AFAIK Briggs is still USA.

It's a Jr Dragster engine. Probably a 3.75" bore/stroke.
Jr dragsters started using the standard 5HP horizontal shaft block, but as they made more and more power, they were kicking rods and windowing blocks. Then they designed this Blockzilla which has a splayed intake and exhaust and just all around a much better, more durable block.
Kids are running low 7s- high 6s in the 1/8th with these engines in 400lb cars
