Not really.
My limited understanding is :the owner of Total bought over companies of Elf and Fina separately.
Popsy maybe able to chime in.
I've access to Total oils through Total Malaysia, as well as Elf oils through parallel imports( Tesco/Carrefour).
No Fina oil available in Malaysia for now.
