Well... sheesh. USPS still hasn't delivered the samples, 5 business days later. Hopefully tomorrow. The TestOil rep I'm working with said they will turn them around same day, so we should have some VOAs tomorrow! Xx Fingers Crossed! xX

Note to self: I hate living in little backwater towns that only ship stuff to large cities the following business day, not on the actual day you mail it when it's dropped off at the post office at 8:30am.

Just got confirmation from TestOil. They got the samples today, but said something about none of the oils were in their database yet, so they were running additional tests on the oils to complete their database information. Will have the VOAs tomorrow!

Got to love Test oil, they are usually really quick and repeatable. I've sent a few industrial filters for there debris analysis. If you ever get something that seems a little off, they typically can retest that day.

Nice, all of the VOAs include TBN and particle counts as part of the package. I'm going to use TestOil for my next couple used oil analysis as well and see how they compare to BlackStone. The one thing I notice though is there's no commentary, which is sometimes as much fun as seeing the test results
