Wonder if the bald tire is making the new tire scrub more. This is a tandem axle trailer. New tire was put in back in July and the tire next to it in front was bald then too. The new tire is worn down 50 percent. It's in the back though. They tend to wear more but 50 percent?

The axles are probably bent because someone hit a curb or something else. Most trailer places can align the axles or will tell you where to go.

Dual tires that are mismatched in circumference and/or air pressure will wear out much faster than dual tires that have matched circumference. One is driving and the other is dragging and both are wearing quickly. @CapriRacer can add much more.

But they aren't drive tires. Both are independent of the other. All they do is carry weight

Update: I replaced the old tire. The trailer definitely tracks better going down the road. It seemed like it wanted to wander around a bit before.
