My Mother's basement.
Helping a friend clean out his parents home for a move and came across two H2O fire extinguishers. They had a thick layer of dust on them and an inspection tag from fall of 1998. The pressure gauge on one of them was internally corroded and unreadable. He didn't want to mess with them so in the truck they went. Pulled the seal and tested them later and wow. Shoots a stream of water fourty feet straight up in the air. Impressive.
They cleaned up nice.
I had been looking at buying a water extinguisher for my brush and leaf burning follies. Really glad to have them and one is already hanging in the garage.
I bought a couple replacement gauges and will replace the o-ring seal just because.

My father had these on the farm. I took one and ran a hose thought the firewall of my 70 Chevy C/10 custom when I was in high school in 1975 and mounted the nozzle in the grill so it would shoot water straight out at least 50 feet. Then when the kids lined up for the bus I would turn in front of them with the handle depressed and soak every kid in line and drive away. Ahh.... good times
