After recently working on a '14 Escape 2.0 I wanted a better way to fill the degas bottle. I have flexible neck funnels but somehow I like the idea of this, plus it's not expensive and I believe you can never have too many funnel options.
Is that luggage in my JL?View attachment 343687
Nah, it's an old Omega PortaPower. It's rough but was only $50 at local pawn and it does workView attachment 343688
Much like pullers, pry bars, trim clip tools and funnels I believe you can never have too many options with PortaPowers
Ya know that reminds me on the NV4500 in a 2nd Gen Ram I spread the frame! The "V" shape that doesn't let the xmember drop out is kinda dumb and seems unnecessary. No one else does this and I don't see transmissions just dropping out of trucks.I bought a porta-power just to do Dodge transmission crossmembers.
If you really want to own some offset box end for yourself check these out, you wont be disappointed. BTW The Icon are good wrenches.Tool HAUL! Thanks @The Critic ! I was putting together a starter set for a young man, who does not have much in the way of support.
I was sooooo tempted to keep the Icon offset box end for myself... Jakob was so surprised; he did not know he was getting tools when they drove from Bakersfield today. He now has 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 socket sets with multiple ratchets, wrenches, broken screwdrivers, ball peen hammer, wire brushes and much more. He knows how to use the torque wrench... I had a large plastic tool box and a smaller one.
For those who do not know @The Critic personally, his generosity knows no bounds.
