have the 800 feet unit, worked good for ditch/swale work and pole barn roof measuring. Its very heavy duty. You can kinda do it with one person once you set your point of reference, just takes longer.

Was wondering around our local Ollie's not finding anything of interest, then I saw this made in USA Ace mini hack saw for $2.99. Because sometimes you just need a mini hacksaw.
I have a problem.... I can't turn down SnapOn ratchets at good prices. SHLX80A for $150 OTD at local pawn.
I've never used this style locking head but I like that can you lock out the detents and just use it as a standard flex head.
Looks to be in very good condition and all actions are smooth. It's not a hard handle so I can't be as cool as @JHZR2 but that's not an attainable goal anyhow
Honestly I don't even remotely need this ratchet but just couldn't let it sit lonesome in the pawn shop, esp at $150 all-in (hint: cash isn't dead)

It would be nice if they put part numbers on them so you don't end up buying them again thinking you don't have anyI received these inexpensive hose clamp pliers from ebay. I thought they might be the same thing as the Lisle 17000. The Lisle tends to hover around $55-60 which strikes me as excessive. The ebay specials were $20.
Lisle confirms the 17000 is made in Taiwan, but I'm sure what I got is made in China, although I could find nothing about COO

The blue side is almost like pencil eraser. And it’s smaller than a usual dead blow rubber mallet.
I have a baby one I got on AWD that's similar, but white heads. I keep it at one of my mills for knocking around more fragile items like acetal, HDPE etc. It's been really useful

It’s funny, no store around here carries the #1. It’s ship to store only. But every store stocks the rest of the colllection, and has plenty of the #2 in stock.
Most screws for wires on outlets can use the #2. The yoke screws use the #1. The problem is the EXC bit and the Robertson/phillips/slotted combo isn’t any standard so the screw broaching isn’t consistent. The combo screws came around for the Canadians so the Robertson bits fit well. I bought a #2 Robertson screwdriver when that stuff came around in the early 2000s and never had much problem with cam out.
I first got the exc bits in a 10 in 1. I use the #1 even on the screws meant for #2 sometimes since the square just keeps it centered and the slotted part does most of the work.
I've had a shop press on my wish list for a while now. I bought a low end HF 12 ton press that should be fine for my needs with a 15% off coupon and I'm in before the tariffs. It looks a bit wonky in this photo because all the fasteners were just finger tight.
