New tool thread

I am in need of a 3 ton longer reach floor jack. It must be US or German made. Not sure what I’ll buy.
Very few are made in either country today, the ones that are can be very expensive ($3K+) and usually 4 ton and above , most of the others are at best assembled in the US with US and Global components. Used would be the best way to get and old USA made one.
Hein Werner is Shinn Fu, Milwaukee jack (not TTI) is gone now but still may be available as NOS, US jack still has a USA line but pricey.

Is AC Hydraulics still Danish? Mine is fantastic. They are $$ but worth every penny. @The Critic was recently eyeing one, he may have more recent experience. I bought mine around '19

It seems they are still made in Denmark, not that expensive for a Euro made product. Another one from Denmark was Compac but I don't know if it still is still Euro production.

I picked up a new 12" saw during the recent Home Depot sale. It is nicely balanced and works well, even though it's power will never equal that of a gas powered saw.

I have the pole saw 20V version. Aggressive little tree beaver.

I also have a battery chainsaw, but it's an 80V Greenworks, new Oregon bar and chain, not much less power than smaller gasser.

I need another chain saw like I need another hole in the head, but I had to get me one also. For trimming limbs and landscaping work it should be ideal.
I just rebuilt my old Craftsman chainsaw with the help of folks on these forums. There are few things I enjoy doing outdoors more than running my chainsaw!!

I know the feeling. I am able to cut most things at my home with a Sawzall and/or pole saw but I couldn't resist at $89!

Where do you use a stubby 1-1/16" wrench? I use that size often but never usually in a situation where I need a short one. Usually need 3 more feet.
I was wishing for one on an EGR tube at manifold, 2004 Ranger 4.0

I'll probably never need it again, but when I need a relatively inexpensive tool like this once and find I don't have it, I just order it for "next time"

By my math this would be 27mm, which is uncommon AFAIK. Since it's similar to a pipe fitting I'm guessing it's supposed to be fractional. Either way 1-1/16" fit perfectly. Sorry you asked, eh?
