They work very well. My daughter has used one several times to jump the cars of friends (other doctors). She is not a car person, so, if she can handle it, successfully, it’ll work well for you, too.Been eyeing one for a while and put it off till Black Friday. Can’t wait to have a good jump pack. I’m still using cables for everything.
I don't know, but those are crazy expensive new.
If it’s real, that is the worst looking Snap-On I’ve ever seen. Rough edges, rough forging, plain cut with no flank drive, and crummy lettering.
I believe its real and just pre-dates flank drive. Patent came around ‘65, not sure when all the tools received flank drive though. If it’s real, that is the worst looking Snap-On I’ve ever seen. Rough edges, rough forging, plain cut with no flank drive, and crummy lettering.
matches the one in my toolbox from my grandfather from the 60s
I didn’t say it was new…If it’s real, that is the worst looking Snap-On I’ve ever seen. Rough edges, rough forging, plain cut with no flank drive, and crummy lettering.
Maybe they didn’t use date codes, but it looks like they used them on some items back to 1927!I believe its real and just pre-dates flank drive. Patent came around ‘65, not sure when all the tools received flank drive though.
Its also common for older wrenches not to have date codes.
Looks like it was common with the older ones…If it’s real, that is the worst looking Snap-On I’ve ever seen. Rough edges, rough forging, plain cut with no flank drive, and crummy lettering.
I think in the era that tool was made knock offs were rare and unlike today finding Chinese goods or anything from behind the iron curtain was very rare. Snap on were hard working tools for tradesmen not tool polishers.I didn’t say it was new…
If new the battery should absolutely fully charge? What's the problem exactly? You're not getting all 4 bars to illuminate? Does the charger eventually switch from red to green?I’m too old to use most tools these days’ so I was reluctant to order this ½-inch Impact Wrench and sockets. (Milwaukee 2967-21b). However, after a recent flat I was reminded of my diminishing strength to break loose lug-nuts. It hurts to admit that, but if you don’t get whacked by some weird accident you’ll end up like me at some point. Anyway, after spending half a day waiting for a roadside weasel, I saw the light and ordered one. Sure, it’s rare when I have a flat but when it happens, its comforting to know that I can now zip through it without being stranded.
Pro’s: Fast, Sturdy, Good Light
Con’s: Flimsy Charger, Bag is too small, Battery was depleted and doesn’t fully charge.
