New tires! (Finally...)

As I ponder this, between my wife and I, we have probably close to 1/2 million miles on this tire. After the factory tires, this is what we put in her Camry and it has over 230K miles on the ticker. We just put a new set on the Camry and her 2010 Altima. My Geo Prizm had these on it for the last 150K. We also had them on our Toyota Sienna. So I'd say we are pushing 400K+ miles on this tire without drama.

It's not going to set any track records. But it will consistently perform well and not cause drama.

Every BFG Touring TA's I've owned were made in the US IIRC.

Good. My dad had them for a few years on his 07 Camry in Cleveland weather. This was the T rated version. He wanted to take them off and put them on his new 12 Camry. He had 30k on the tires and loved them. Liked them better than the Michelins the car came with.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that looks for "Made in USA". I just bought a set of Hercules tires that proudly display that on the side.

Hercules are made by Cooper.

Not anymore...they are made by TBC. Many are now made in China...
