It's about $1.60 for the full syn over the conventional/syn blend

vs. what oil and by how much?
Motorcraft 5w20 syn blend. 1 qt per 1500 miles went to about 2700 miles.

And I know most "conventionals" are blends anyway, but I've heard on here lurking the old ST conventional and the high mileage were the same, but I'm hoping it has the same stop leak capability.

I checked the back of the oil and it is quite generic, it has a chart and the conventional hm is gone, full syn and full syn hm are shown along with the all mileage and it only states it is SP and backwards. The all mile has been placed on the shelf where the hm used to be. I didn't notice if was dexos, the jug I looked at didn't have it but I didn't check all of the grades to see. As of yesterday, they still have conventional.

That 10w30 above your post isn't Dexos, that weight doesn't qualify. There are other photos in this thread that show the 0w20 with Dexos1 gen2 approval. Stands to reason that 5w30 has the approval as well.
We just haven't seen pics of the "advanced full synthetic" in 5w-30

So $10 less than a 5qt jug of Mobil 1 EP? That's pretty incredible, assuming it is up to the task. Wouldn't the ST have to be made to similar specs and stocks to get that 20K OCI? Walmart must be getting a lot of oil change business to find a need to have such a product on the shelf, let alone at prices we pay for name brand conventional. It will be interesting to see if ST Advanced 20K comes in a high mileage version like Mobil 1 has for their EP series.

most synthetic BLENDS contain minimal "synthetic" usually group III fake synthetic so WHY BOTHER!! fake synthetic super tech is quite economical IMO + a good value!
You’re pretty obsessed with the term “fake synthetic”, can you please educate me how much gains can a “100% synthetic” provide over the fake one

Any predictions on add pack changes? Boost in Moly/Boron/TBN? TBN would have to be boosted a good bit to claim 20K miles. In the van my TBN was down to 2.5 after 6300 miles on regular ST FS.

I know GDI causes carbon deposit on the valve. How does it affect oil? Please elaborate.
No need to elaborate. There are probably thousands of posts not only on here, but on other forums, and articles published by big name industry players that all talk about how direct injection is hard on oil. Just google a little thing called API SP/ILSAC GF-6 and knock yourself out.
