New SN Oils at WM

While at Walmart last night I did a quick check of SN rated oils in inventory : Quaker State Advanced Durability , Quaker State Ultimate Durability (5w30 only) , Pennzoil conventional , MC Syn Blend and Mobil Super 5000 were SN rated. Nice representation of SOPUS products ... All Castrol , Valvoline and Mobil 1 were still SM rated . Valvoline MaxLife and Castrol GTX were showing roll back sales prices for those interested .

Your list is almost the same as my WalMart with the exception of a few more that were API - SN rated.

All of the Pennzoil Bronze Bottle High Mileage oils are now SN rated and the SuperTech oils were also SN rated. Maybe because SOPUS makes the SuperTech oils....I wonder?

Thanks for the post. I will be picking up some Valvoline synthetic 10w30 for summer use since they are on rollback$

SN is the latest generation of API certification for PCMO's
As in oils with the star-burst logo on the front.
