I went looking for an inexpensive 3/4 helmet that would fit under my scooter seat. I ended up buying the Bilt Tour for $80. This helmet was made to a price point but it meets the latest ECE 22-06 rating. Some $800 helmets don’t meet this safety spec. The drop down sun shade is pretty flimsy and you get wind noise coming through the face shield. It will serve its purpose around town, and I use my Shoei when I’m riding my motorcycle.

Love it! I’ve got a full-face Scorpion for my scoot, but I must admit I’ve been eyeing a 3/4s helmet for a bit, just for short jaunts around town.
Bilt seems to be a good store brand. I have one of their riding jackets and it feels quality.
