New Nissan Titan 5.6L

Titans seem to hold their value very well. Our neighbor in SC pulled a boat from Michigan, to and from every year that was 3 times the size of his truck and he had almost 200k on it. Always impressed me. I always wanted one but had my psd which has now been retired to a full time roofing truck at my son’s business. Now I really have no need for a truck that gets horrible gas mileage that I’d probably never use. But I’d still like to have one, just because.

I've been running Pennzoil Platinum 0w-20 in mine. I haven't done a UOA yet, but it doesn't sound unhappy. I know some people think they're snake oil, but I installed a UPR oil catch can and was shocked at the amount of oil that gets sucked back into the intake via the PCV system. Even if it doesn't make a difference, I feel better knowing that I kept that oil out if the intake and off the valves, not to mention out of Nissan's sensitive catalytic converters.

It can’t hurt I’ll have to look into the UPR catch can
