New Motul labeling

We saw a few months ago in a leaked Powerpoint presentation that the labeling was being simplified on Motul's automotive lubricants. First picture:

My mechanic gets it at ~ $32 per jug of 8100 X-Clean in 5w30, so it is doable. Similar story with Pentosin. Can only imagine what kind of mark-up is on non-imported cheaper products.
 
I would have expected a ACEA rating of A3 as well as the C2 that is listed. What am I missing ??? --Oldtommy
