I was looking through China Mart the other day, and a new Mobil 1 oil caught my eye. It was a 0w30 weight oil, but the label was light green and it had a light green cap on it. The label said 0W-30, advanced fuel economy. It is recommended for 0W-30, 5w30 and 10w30 applications and provides the high temp protection of 5w30 and 10w30 oils while offering improved fuel economy. On the back it had a little chart showing you how much money you could potential save by using the new "green" oil, with an estimated 2% savings in fuel economy. So my question is, is it just the regular 0w30 Mobil always had, but just in a different bottle (marketing ploy)? BTW, the regular 0w30 oil was next to it (with silver cap). The new oil cost$5.97/qt. I did not see the new 0w30 bottle on the Mobil 1 website.
