They have been advertising this, but I can't seem to find much info about it, or how you know you have one. Anyone know anything ?
Do you want a 4 micron engine oil filter since you put this in the oil filter forum? They have been advertising this, but I can't seem to find much info about it, or how you know you have one. Anyone know anything ?
ahhhh a fuel filter, makes sense.I probably found it. The wix wf10475. It's a 3/4-16 and it's a 4 micron fuel filter intended for Kubota skid steers.
How about that, good work !!This is the only page I can find mentioning 4 micron https://ke.kubota-eu.com/agriculture/spare-parts-category/maintenance/filters/engine-oil-filter/
The two PDFs I can find are https://www.kubotaengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Kubota_Parts_OilFilter_EN_HR.pdf and this https://ke.kubota-eu.com/agriculture/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2018/11/fiche-technique-filtre-huile-UK-complète.pdf mentions no micron rating

From my research, seems they do have claimed 4 micron filters.
Baldwin oil filters have been 12 micron since forever.ahhhh a fuel filter, makes sense.
Begs to differ.......why do they not make a sub 20 micron filter? I mean if they are so great, why not?
Fuel filters can operate at 130C. Main thing is they just don't have a bypass. It was advertised as a oil filter, like I said maybe a Ai ad, so fantasy...
hmmmm really?Baldwin oil filters have been 12 micron since forever.
The original fram titanium was filtering as efficiently as 5 to 10 microns depending on which beta ratios you want to look at.h
hmmmm really?
Why is that not the end all be all filter on BITOG then?
