Sounds like they're a lot better than even a typical hydraulic filter.
So they're more like at least beta 100 for 20 micron and around beta10 for 12 micron.
Sounds like they just need to go back to putting a 3 cent gasket on the bypass.

Yes, according to Ascent's ISO efficiency test data, the Royal Purple was a hair over 99% @ 20u (beta20=100) and looks like it would come in around 93-94% @ 12u, so a little better that beta12=10 ... closer to beta12=20.

Too bad they don't have higher bypass pressure. Everyone one I've checked was kinda low I think it was 8 to 11psid.
