I've been favoring the TG's lately. Most of them seem pretty decent without having to spend $16 on a filter.
Also regarding the dent, it's crazy how many filters I come across that are dented or otherwise damaged. I stopped buying from Amazon, because they pack them in plastic bags which usually results in some kind of carnage, and even places like WalMart and Tractor Supply will have filters with destroyed boxes on the shelf.
In my mind, there is little risk if the new filter is securely installed. At the very worst a small leak could occour, but I doubt a full blowout is even possible. Then again I live dangerously, LOL.
Relatively old ... made on the 287th day of 2019. Looks pretty good, and no rust inside either for being 5 years old. How the leaf spring stamping look, and how's the impression on the end cap from the leaf spring look?
