Here are some picts of our F-15E's escorting the New F-22's into Alaska. The last one is a picture from the Demo we had up here.

Incredible pictures--I'm struck by the level of detail and color. It's hard to imagine an airplane capable of supersonic cruise and still be agile as a dogfighter (hats off to the designers).

At almost 200Mil a plane it does some INCREDABLE stuff--the Jet is in another league

Looks good.

Current affairs last night had a bunch of ex military types "discussing" Oz Govt's decision to buy a few billion dollars worth of "Super Hornets", when our neighbours (who it is Govt policy to "maintain air superiority with") are equipping with Su-30.

Guess it goes with buying a few hundred million dollars worth of tanks that can't cross the great divide.

My thoughts exactly!

Beautiful pictures of two beautiful aircraft!

I visited Nellis AFB last Friday on business, and saw a GREAT training show. F16, F15, B1 and F22s all taking off in pairs. Truly awesome...
