I was going to say this. Pick up the car and drive it. The trip will have enough variation to ensure a perfect break in.It's impossible to drive 1100 miles at one speed, let alone with a locked ankle. I'd take a new car on a long trip in a heartbeat.
I purchased my mom's new car in AZ this year. The only "extra fee" was the cost of a CA smog inspection, which was $60.Does your state have any weird new car laws like California? They going to charge you extra fees if you import a car from another state?
I haven’t bought it yet but it is a 2025 GTI.What is the make and model you bought
^^^ thisIf it's got some sort of manual gear control, you don't even need to vary the speed, just drop it a gear or two for few miles and then put it back into the top gear. At a 500 miles or so I would do few hard pulls on the highway from say 50 to 80mph and then once I was home I would change the oil. Done and done.
