Chrome, Win 10 . I keep trying to watch movies on netflix. I keep getting error codes. I already have tried looking them up and have done what they suggest and still nothing. What else can I try? It is not just this site. What settings can I check? thanks

Can you check from a different machine and browser?
Can you copy/paste the error message? If not, a screenshot? or if you prefer type it out?

Yes, i did the setting, looked up code on youtube, and nothing
CAN I suggest that you and or your daughter change your Netflix password if anything just to entertain me?
Who knows, maybe someone got a hold of the password and is giving it out to people.
Honestly other than that I have no clue but I dont use Windows or Chrome.
We have no issues and share with our daughter in another state.
It hasn't had no more problems now,weird. Thanks to all for pitching in!
