Those are ND oil?
Define "just plain oil".
The NAPA blurb linked mentions reduction of wear and friction, but doesn't say how.
It also mentions film strength as a feature.
What about the anti-oxidation additives?
How do they deliver 30W consistently to begin with?
For what do you need such a basic oil?
Are you lubricating medical equipment?

Sounds like you might be looking for oil for an air compressor? If yes, then this will do nicely.

If it's going in an internal combustion engine, stick with a regular detergent oil as there is no valid reason to use a non detergent oil.

I used Castrol SAE30 ND for our compressor and then switched to 0w-20 last year or so. I believe it was @OVERKILL that used Mobil 1 motor oil for his compressor, so I figured let me try it and it's now due again. One thing I recall is, there was a fair bit of condensation in the Castrol I drained, in comparison to what I initially drained out, whatever that was, I have no idea.

You are not going to find any modern motor oil with absolutely no additives. Are non-motor oils graded by viscosity, like motor oils?
The HD on the Super Tech bottle stands for High Detergent. Not what the OP is looking for.

I use that HD30 in OPE - it’s SP and for sure has dispersion.

My wife plays saxophone and her brother plays trumpet; both use non-detergent oil for valve maintenance. They had 99% of a quart remaining then her dope brother dumped the rest in his 78 Cutlass. 
The Walmart non-detergent is deliberately on a different shelf away from the motor oil so it will be harder to confuse with something that should go in an engine. I've seen other brands put a picture of a Model T on the label with a prominent "for vehicles pre 1930" warning.
