I need help figuring out what needs changed and what wires need run on a 2011 elantra to upgrade from the oem cd player radio to the navigation and touchscreen oem radio. There's no videos about this online just the aftermarket stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This Kenwood which has CarPlay and Android Auto might work with your OE buttons and whatnot. The Factory unit will suck and the maps will be outdated unless you spend a chunk to update them.

I've checked. People have asked the same exact question with no answers that I can see.
You're better off just going aftermarket or buying a new car. Finding all the parts from a donor car will be tough, they're 14 years old and this was probably an expensive option on an inexpensive car so a low take rate. As mentioned, the tech will also be woefully outdated.
I have located 2 donor cars with all the parts still in them at my local salvage yard. I just need to know what goes where. I'm not concerned about it being outdated. I had a 1995 corsica with the tape deck back in 2017. Trust me I'm okay with outdated.
