Hi guys. I heard of a song a long time ago and I tried looking for it but I haven't had any luck. I only know what I think is a couple of words that sound like the words in the lyrics. It's a song from the 80's-90's and the couple of words that I remember goes something like "sherry sherry lane" or something, I know it's not much to go on but I thought I would give it a try. I can hum the parts of the song but obviously I can't do that here. Maybe a music buff can help me. I tried searching google with those words and didn't get anywhere. Maybe I misheard. Older songs have so much more meaning and emotion than some of the ________ that people put out today.

can you describe it a more? like: is it fast/slow/what instruments prominent/male-female singer, etc?
I wonder if it's "cherry cherry lady" from Modern Talking...(mid-late 80's/early 90's German pop band, lots of synth's and programmed drums..yuck!)
yes! but they only have the instrumental version of it on itunes though. thank you. i've been looking for such a long time. Listening to old songs like that kind of makes me nostalgic.
