Need help finding a part

I'm doing an intake manifold gasket job on a 95 Bronco with a 351/5.8L.

I need to find the 4 small brown O-Rings that go on the rear of the fuel rail. One fuel line goes in and another out. The lines snap into the fuel rail and are secured with a spring lock on each one.

The O-Rings look exactly like my #6 and #8 Green AC O-Rings, I'm sure the Brown ones are designed for fuel. Everybody including the Ford dealer keeps bringing me the Fat O-Rings that go on the injectors themselves and not the small ones I need for the fuel lines.

BTW. Somebody thought it would be a great idea to run nice Orange Dexcool in this Ford and While I can't proov it I think that had something to do with the intake gaskets leaking as this is not a common problem with Fords.

A felpro or napa number would be great.

There is a section that I have seen at pep boys a while back that had fuel fittings and seals. I don't recall what brand it was, but they were in yellow packages and on hang pegs. I remember seeing fuel seals for some tbi stuff, can't recall if there were any for Fords.

Help! by Dorman is the section. I would have to check tomorrow, but they either don't service the o-rings separate or they are obsolete from what I remember.

The CarQuest here sold me a pack of assorted Viton (tan/brown) o-rings when I had a fuel rail leak in our old Malibu. It had one or two of each size and a pack (or two) like that might just do the trick for you.

No carquest around here. I was hoping to replace the seals as I can't acess them with he upper intake on.

I went downstairs and grabbed the package since I kept it around. It just happens to be a Dorman HELP! product #80020. It contains 18 pieces (one of each size apparently). Honestly if this little kit doesn't have it, I'd think you're screwed. Perhaps one of your local parts stores has something similar.

Have you tried Summit Racing, and Rock Auto?

If you know the size, McMaster-Carr may have the O ring.

They're calling it a "spring lock fuel line connector."

They come in two sizes: 11mm and 14mm. Dorman #800130 and #800131

Ok thanks guys. The doreman stuff looks to be correct bur not available today. The old orings were not flat so I had to reuse them.

Ford p/n's are 390846-S96 for the 3/8 and 390847-S96 for the 1/2" brown o-rings for future reference.
