They are $29.95 and 35 miles away, but I think I'll go back there next time as they actually put their line techs on the job for oil changes and they give the car a thorough inspection, which is something that today's dealer did not do. Plus, they give good car washes at no charge.

Nothing at all. They did not find anything that needed attention, which was surprising since I had exactly 150k on the car and I would have expected them to upsell a 150k service.
Also, this Chevy dealer was ancient. The printout for the receipt was made using a dot matrix (?) printer. Unfortunately this dealer did not specialize in Saturn (big mistake) and they did not even have the drain plug washer in stock! Not that my washer really needed replacement, but still, I would've expected better. Also, they did not give the car a thorough inspection/nit-picking like the previous Cadillac dealer had done. However, the staff and the techs were pleasant to deal with compared to the previous Cadillac dealer.
