Dang near pristine IMO. Definitely consider a more modern fine-wire electrode design if you can find them in a fitment for that car. Modern plugs are so much better that they can breathe new life into tired old ignition systems by being easier to light and having more consistent ignition.
I'm partial to NGK and Denso plugs. Watch for counterfeits, which are big problem.
