Alrite fellas, I have been searching for this answer all over the net and knew that y'all would deffinetly know the answer. What is the low down on German castrol please? Is all of the stock at my autozone old stock or is gc still in current production? I read all I could here but got confused about the green and gold as to which is still being imported/produced. If this has been broached before then please don't flame me too bad. I just bought 10 qts from my local a/z and the bottles looked dusty. They did have the gold but it didn't say made in Germany like the green that ended up with.
Thanks,
Whitearrow

Yep, still in production. AZ and Pep Boys carry it most of the time, but any auto parts store can order it for you. I purchased some recently from Baxter Auto, they just had to go get it from their warehouse.

GC(0W-30) will say "European Formula" on the front or back of the bottle, and "Made in Germany" in small print on the back.

Still in regular production.

Seems to be a problem finding it in parts of the US. Not here - every store that sells synthetic has shelves full of it!
