What difference would it make, as long as rotations are at regular intervals? You could do it every 20K and get the same, even wear, as long as your vehicle usage was the same.
If you drive a FWD vehicle, 20K rotations is far too long imo.
You will see excessive wear in the fronts at that point.
Excessive defined as wear to the point you cannot rotate the fronts to the rear as the rear will have significantly less tread than the fronts, risking loss of rear traction.
Especially a concern cornering or braking in wet weather or snow.
