Nasty engine oil leak

Customer brought this unit in, FH601V Kawasaki a touch over 1000 hours on a Deere zero turn. Starts and runs beautifully it just leaks oil. The under the blower housing was frightening. New crank seal and reseal the crankcase breather box and it should be good. I'm going to check the valve clearance while I have it too.

Is that one of the Kawasaki engine models that has a remote oil cooler mounted under/inside the cooling shroud?

I can't work on equipment dirty like that. I'd have to clean the machine so I can see where everything is.

No oil cooler and it spent considerable time with the hot water pressure washer before I went any further.

I was going to ask what one would use to clean it off.
I figured Q-Tips were out.
